Catherine is the Principal of JPO, which she started in 2015. She is from Michigan, raised in the Fenton area and lives in Swartz Creek with her family. She has been working in customer service since college. Early in her career Catherine worked in Ophthalmology, where she was able to provide customer service and marketing to patients. That experience in helping others, led Catherine to choose a career in the health insurance industry. She received licenses in Health, Accident, Life, and Variable Annuities in 2009, and subsequently started her own agency. She has been an exclusive Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network of Michigan Agent since 2009. This has provided Catherine the opportunity to work side by side with many individuals, answering questions about Medicare and guiding them through the process of choosing a health care plan that is just right for them. She is also Marketplace certified, giving her the ability to help those of working age as well. The laws and choices with the health care system can be quite confusing and Catherine takes pride in knowing she is helping people understand it better.

Sarah became a part of JPO Agency in 2016. She was born and raised here in Michigan and lives in the Linden area with her family. Her career path since college has been in the areas of business management and finances. She has worked for large and small companies giving her both a corporate and intimate business experience. Early 2016, Catherine introduced Sarah to the health insurance industry. Sarah is licensed in Accident and Health Insurance, works with Medicare, ACA, and small businesses and offers multiple health care plans through several different carriers. With the many changes that the health care system is going through and its level of difficulty to understand, she enjoys and takes pride in providing individuals with a path of answers and options that suits them and their needs personally, making their insurance decision an easy one.
